Junior Digital Marketing Assistant
This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, an understanding of social media, and scheduling software, a background in SEO, and effective project management abilities.
Your work will be assigned by our Project Manager to support meeting client goals in a timely manner.
A day in this role will include assisting in SEO activities for our clients, creating and scheduling social media posts, proof-reading content, transcribing videos, and updating WordPress websites.
You must be comfortable working in Google Documents, Google Calendar, Slack, Asana, and social media scheduling software such as SocialBee and Buffer.
Some examples of activities you would need to be comfortable executing are:
- Keyword research
- Social media scheduling
- Editing content
- Managing Google My Business Profiles
- Setting up Social Media profiles
Preferred but not required:
- Previous marketing experience
- Project management experience
- Journalism or PR background
This is a part-time role. Location isn’t important as long as you can work during office hours in Kansas City. Estimated at 5-10 hours per week with the opportunity to grow.
